Everyone can enter into agreements with Omann Aps. All agreements are entered into in Danish. The following conditions apply to all deliveries and orders, unless and written agreement offers. Special conditions on the part of the buyer, specified in the buyer's order, are not binding on Omann Aps, unless Omann Aps has agreed to the said special terms. Once you have ordered and entered payment information, you will receive an order confirmation, which you are asked to print and save. HOW TO ORDER:
An order at Vinreoler by OMANN on vinreoler.omann.dk takes place by pressing the 'Add to cart' button next to the new items. Then press "Go to checkout". From there, press "Continue" and you will come to a page where you must enter your contact information. You enter her name, address, postal code, via, e-mail and telephone number. Here you must also accept our terms and conditions.
Finally, press "Complete payment", and your order is hereby placed. When you press "Complete payment" in the payment window, you are obliged to pay, and your order is thus placed with a payment obligation.
PRICES AND PAYMENT:
You can order your goods online and pay with the following cards: Dankort, Visa, Master Card.
Omann Aps reserved the right to regulate the prices on the website in the event of price changes, material price increases, changes in wages, government intervention or other matters beyond Omann Aps' influence.
All prices on vinreoler.omann.dk are incl. mothers. The payment will appear in your account as Omann Aps, as this is our company name.
All orders are confirmed automatically per. E-mail, and the delivery time will then be approx. 3-4 weeks. (A dog is taken subject to force majeure, which may delay your order)
Omann Aps reserves the right to make changes to its products without notice if this can be done without changing agreed technical specifications. This also applies to products already ordered.
The international rules for the delivery of trade clauses "Incoterms 2010" apply to the trade terms used in these delivery terms. We ship mainly on Mondays and Omann Aps decides on the shipping method for the goods, unless the customer has chosen to pick up the goods from Omann Aps. We typically use a furniture conveyor who knows how to handle furniture. We also refer to our shipping and delivery conditions.
Omann Aps is not responsible for delays or obstacles caused by circumstances that evade Omann Aps' influence and control, including delayed deliveries from subcontractors. The stated delivery times are ex-works and are estimated to be employed and complied with as far as possible, but Omann Aps assumes no responsibility for any delay, and such does not entitle the buyer to cancel the purchase unless the delay exceeds 4 weeks. Stated delivery times apply subject to other orders received before acceptance.
Should the delivery be prevented due to force majeure, it releases Omann Aps from any liability, and Omann Aps reserves the right to cancel the agreement in whole or in part, or postpone the delivery with the delay caused by the obstacle beyond the delivery deadline stipulated in the agreement. Force majeure includes labor disputes, war or military conscription, computer hacking, blockades, roadblocks, political unrest, state intervention of any kind, lack of power or other circumstances beyond Omann Aps 'control and affecting Omann Aps' ability to meet its delivery obligations.
COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY:
According to Danish Purchase Act, you as a consumer have a two-year right of complaint, which means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price - depending on the specific situation. This of course requires that the complaint is justified - but not to be confused with a guarantee, which is still only 1 year valid from the day you received the item from us.
When we receive the item from you, we will send you an email about the further process.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We exchange defective items for a new product as far as possible, so you get what you originally ordered - but we reserve the right to settle a complaint by paying the item's purchase price if we do not have the opportunity to exchange it. advertise a product, Omann Aps MUST be contacted before sending a return, so that it can be returned via our logistics agreements. You do not have to pay for the freight - nor will you be able to be compensated if you have submitted the item yourself. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging.
Please note that a complaint can take up to 14 days.
As a private individual, you have a two-year right of complaint, which applies from the day you receive your goods. The goods must be returned in original protective packaging.
Before we can handle your return, warranty case or complaint, it is necessary that you contact our customer service and explain your problem - then we will decide whether you should receive a new product, return the delivered, or whether it is not a case we can remedy. If you are asked to return your product, it is very important that you enclose a note in your return package so that our packing company can receive and handle your case quickly, efficiently and correctly. Returned items without order number will not be processed.
If the product is broken and you want a new one, please contact our customer service before sending any returns. Then we help with shipping and reorder. Remember to send the goods properly packed, as you are responsible for their safe return to us.
NOTE: We can not guarantee that you will get your money back for an item until we have inspected the item in our goods receipt. If we receive an item that we do not accept (eg because you are to blame for the defect), we will contact you to find out if you want to receive the product back.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
In order for you to regret your purchase, it requires according to Danish Purchase Act that the item is returned in "substantially the same condition and quantity", and it will therefore be an estimate we make when we receive the item back. In practice, the packaging and the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, so that we can sell the item to another customer. This will usually be the case when the returned item is carefully wrapped and of course not used.
Your right of withdrawal runs from the time you receive the item. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

The condition of the item when you send it back:
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it to be used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs due to your own choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and under all circumstances within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item returned, unless you have previously provided documentation that you have returned it.

Log statistics and confidentiality
We use log statistics for the purpose of being able to recreate order errors. Unfortunately, our system is not infallible, and errors occur, and therefore we use log statistics to be able to recover error orders. Omann Aps is very careful to prevent all misuse of information and at the same time provide the best possible service to our customers:

Omann Aps has the right to decide whether questions of doubt of what kind may be mentioned, which may arise in connection with this agreement, must be decided by arbitration or court. In the event that Omann Aps chooses to have the case decided by arbitration, the parties undertake to submit to a decision made by the Danish Engineers' Association's arbitration court. If the buyer has his domicile abroad, arbitration must be held in accordance with the rules given by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC arbitration in Copenhagen). If Omann Aps chooses a judicial decision, all disputes must be settled in accordance with Danish law at the Court in Kolding.
